Jatoba deck, also called Brazilian Cherry decking is
extremely hard, almost 2x as hard as American oak. Jatoba
deck and decking is naturally resistance to decay like
fungus, mold and rot. It is also resistant to termites and
insects. Jatoba decking has a beautiful red color with a
pronounced grain pattern. Jatoba decking is a very
consistent color decking. Jatoba hardness makes it naturally
scratch resistant. It is just wonderful to watch this
decking turn from its milled yellow brown to a magnificent
red as the sun hits it.
There are a lot of Jatoba decks being sold in Atlanta. They
